From November 1 to November 6, 2024, Samarkand International University invited Zhang Yeping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of Chongqing Institute of Engineering, Li Haiming, Director, Deputy general manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Chongqing Sifang New Material, a listed company. Xu Dejun, chairman of Chongqing Chentuo Building Materials Co., LTD., Ren Xilin, chairman of Chongqing Nanchuan Ping An Construction Co., LTD., and Li Minglun, chairman of Chongqing Hongyu Construction Engineering Co., LTD., visited the site and discussed the building of the university.

The team visited Hamlayev Oibek, deputy governor of Samar Khan Region of Uzbekistan, Sherzod, governor of Pasdar Khan District, and Fazlidin Ruziyev, governor of Ishtikhan District, where Samar Khan International University is located, respectively, to interpret the policy and answer questions and concerns by the official.
