On October 24, 2024, Wang Xiaoyou, founder of Samarkand International University, visited Liu Meng, 

Secretary of the Party Committee of the International College of Southwest University, 

and Huang Wuwei, Director of the Admissions Office of the International College, 

with his team to hold a symposium on inter school cooperation in running schools.

At the meeting, both parties exchanged views on the cooperation to establish a "Chinese College", 

and discussed the top-level structure, enrollment policies, "2+2" and "3+1" segmented training models for preparatory education, 

and professional settings of the Chinese College. The two schools plan to sign a memorandum of cooperation between schools, 

expand the scope of cooperation, and enhance the level of cooperation.

Both parties look forward to exploring cooperation in short-term summer student exchanges, teacher visits, joint academic research, 

and other areas through cooperative education, in order to achieve the integration of science and education between the two universities, 

improve the quality of talent cultivation, complement each other's advantages, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and inject new vitality into future development.
