Wang Xiaoyou, Chairman and Founder of Dawan Industrial (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., is an advisor to the Southwest Representative Office of the Ministry of Investment,

Group composition:

1. Youzhijun Education

Youzhijun Education was founded in 2018 with its headquarters located in Chongqing. Currently,

 it has four branches in China, including Chengdu, Guiyang, Zhengzhou, and Xi'an. 

It also has offices in Central Asia, North America, the United Kingdom, 

New Australia, and South Africa. Since its establishment, the group has always 

adhered to the principle of "going out and bringing in". 

In 2021, Youzhijun Education Group successfully invested in Yuhua International School in Nanbang, 

Thailand. In 2024, it successfully registered Youzhijun Group (International Education) in Uzbekistan 

and introduced a ten-year basic education and vocational and technical talent training program

 in Samarkand International University and Chinese classrooms.

2. Feichi Sauce Wine

In 2024, Feichi Uzbekistan factory officially landed registration, 

transforming Feichi distillery into a liquor manufacturer in Uzbekistan.

 We will focus on three types of liquor, including wine, Maotai flavor Baijiu and vodka.

 Maotai flavor Baijiu will become a pioneer product in the Baijiu market and introduce 

the brewing technology of Chinese Maotai flavor Baijiu. By combining the characteristics 

of Uzbekistan's grain, we aim to promote Uzbekistan's unique wines that are worth tasting 

and exploring to the international market, enhancing its competitiveness in the global market.

3. Dingli International (International Human Resources)

Dingli International Limited Liability Company will absorb the rich experience of Youzhijun Human Resources

 Headquarters, mainly providing human resources and enterprise management issues. 

At the same time, it will collaborate with education, mining, medical and other fields to establish

 a platform for comprehensive team employment and management solutions, including onboarding, 

contracts, signing, compliance, salary management, etc. It covers and integrates global resources in legal, tax, welfare, 

human resources, payment channels and other aspects, significantly reducing the threshold for enterprise globalization.

4. Datang International Investment (First Chinese Trust License)

The first Chinese trust license in Uzbekistan invested by Dawan Industrial Investment - Datang International Investment 

Company, mainly focuses on investment, mineral, real estate, medical, new energy and other fields in the Republic of 

Uzbekistan and Central Asia, laying a solid foundation for providing high-quality investment management services

 to overseas projects of central enterprises in more countries in Central Asia.

5. Jiayou Real Estate

The Dawan International Century City in Samarkand Prefecture will start with river management and focus on

 building six functional areas: international style commercial street, wetland park, international business district, high-end residential area, 

modern agriculture demonstration park, and modern production demonstration park. The Dawan International Century City project covers 

an area of 2000 hectares, and the planned area for each section is as follows: 300 hectares for the International Style Commercial Street, 

200 hectares for the Wetland Park, 100 hectares for the International Business District, 500 hectares for the High end Residential Area,

 500 hectares for the Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park, and 400 hectares for the Modern Production Demonstration Park. 

This plan will attract well-known domestic and foreign enterprises and investors to invest and conduct business by providing
